Top 10 Asian universities in 2018

Two universities from the Chinese mainland and three from China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region are among the top 10 in the 2018 Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings.
The rankings were based on evaluations in areas like teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook, weighted to specifically reflect the priorities of Asian institutions.
This year’s table ranks more than 350 universities, up from about 300 last year. These universities come from 25 countries or regions.
