This problem will last about two to three decades. Then, it will disappear altogether due to the gradual reduction of the aged population. However, the present problem must be solved regardless. One solution is to develop rural China. With cottage industries, the workforce could remain where they are and stay close to their parents. This will allow them to take care of their loved ones.
