Ingredients and quantity
1. Old ginger : 200 grams
2. Whole milk : 450 ml
3.Granulated sugar: 30 grams
Instructions:
1. Peel the ginger, chop it into minced, put ginger minced inside the fish bag, hand squeeze the ginger sauce, and pour it into 2 separate bowls evenly and stir it well;
2. Pour milk into the saucepan, use high heat (stir it intermittently), cook until bubbles comes out, turn off the heat, pour milk into the bowls immediately, leave it for 1 min until ginger milk becomes solid and serve, enjoy!
