Is it time for gaokao to go global?

It really depends on individual student's needs whether to study in domestic universities or in overseas universities. Both domestic and overseas learning environment possesses certain merits that favor specific group of students from various backgrounds. Some students don’t achieve a satisfactory test results in gaokao but luckily can afford the expensive tuition in overseas universities, otherwise they would not be accepted in any good universities in China with their poor gaokao test results.
