China to hold 2019 MWC Shanghai in June

SHANGHAI - The Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai, a leading event for next-generation technology in Asia, will be held in Shanghai from June 26.

Themed with Intelligent Connectivity, this year's event highlights topics of latest technologies, including 5G, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.

The MWC Shanghai will last for three days and include conferences, summits and exhibitions.

Over 200 world-class speakers and executives, including Xu Ziyang, chief executive officer of ZTE, and Cristiano Amon, president of Qualcomm Incorporated, will attend and address the conference.

Telecom and technology giants will also showcase their latest innovations, cutting-edge products and solutions in the exhibition.

World famous companies in the communication field, including Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Qualcomm, BICS, and Kazakhtelecom will attend the event.

The 2019 MWC Shanghai is predicted to welcome over 60,000 professional visitors and 550 renowned companies from more than 110 countries.
