BEIJING - The National Museum of China has signed an agreement with China's tech giant Huawei to build itself into a "smart national museum."

Launched at the beginning of 2018, the project aims to establish a system of management, operation and service at the museum that is interactive, interconnected and smart by using the latest data network technology, curator Wang Chunfa said.

The two parties will cooperate in talent cultivation and other fields to jointly push forward the development of public culture affairs, according to the museum.
