Fu said China is in favor of maintaining and improving the current mechanism and order of multilateralism. "As a late-comer, China should have its own understanding of multilateralism out of its interests, needs, and values," Fu said, but it is not an excuse to violate countries. That's because the most important values of multilateralism are joint interests and a peaceful and stable environment, and avoiding a zero-sum game when facing conflicts and challenges.
