Australian singer to include special acoustic cover in China EP release

Australian singer-songwriter Troye Sivan will release his new EP, In A Dream, on Aug 21 via major Chinese streaming platforms.

Featuring six new songs, including Take Yourself Home, Easy, Rager Teenager! and In A Dream, the new EP also includes a special acoustic version of Take Yourself Home for his Chinese fans, the singer-songwriter announced on his Sina Weibo, a popular Chinese social media platform.

Sivan said earlier the new EP is "a story that's still unfolding, this small collection of songs explores an emotional rollercoaster period in my life when the feelings and thoughts were most shockingly fresh".

The 25-year-old began posting covers on YouTube in 2007 followed by vlogs in 2012. After gaining popularity, he has released 2 EPs and 2 full albums to date.
