The Chinese student is innocent and he could have a bright future, but it all stopped at his age of 24. It's hard for me to repress sorrows and regret in my heart. The murderer should be seriously punished. Besides I think local government should have strict control over the use of guns and ensure every person's safety and human right. University campus should be a very quiet and peaceful place where students can study and live freely and safely. So I do hope that something bad like murder will never happen again especially on campus.
