China's ace Li Meng joins WNBA's Washington Mystics

Chinese star women's basketball player Li Meng has signed a training camp contract with the WNBA's Washington Mystics, the team announced on Monday. At the 2022 FIBA Women's World Cup, Li Meng averaged 16 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game, helping China to a runner-up finish. She also helped the Sichuan Yuanda Merlot win its first WCBA championship in franchise history during the finals last week.
