Infinity, an exhibition at Beijing’s Today Art Museum that provides an immersive experience of China’s aerospace exploration, recently received a group of children and parents.

The young boys and girls have hearing loss and at the exhibition of the day, they were provided with better accessibility of a barrier-free environment, thanks to a new donation of wireless hearing care devices.

The advanced hearing aids were provided by Sonova, a global provider of hearing care solutions headquartered in Switzerland, and Audiology Development Foundation of China, with the aim to offer better experiences of people with hearing loss while visiting public museums.

According to the World Health Organization, nearly 2.5 billion people are projected to have some degree of hearing loss by 2050, and an annual additional investment of less than $1.40 per person is needed to scale up ear and hearing care services globally.
