From classic treasures to contemporary creations and the iconic silhouettes of Dior outfits to the magnificent transformation of the Dior J'adore perfume series, the French luxury brand opened its L'OR DE DIOR exhibition in Beijing on Sept 2, offering audiences a visual feast and an immersive experience of fashion, history, perfume, art and culture. Themed "gold", the exhibition runs until Sept 29, blending past and present stories with abundant creativity that allows audiences to explore the ever-changing essence of gold.

Golden, a classic heritage element that runs through the history of the Dior brand, is conveyed through this exhibition with a fresh narrative, transmitting its symbolic power and eternal charm. As part of the exhibition, the legendary and timeless creations inspired by the founder of the brand, Christian Dior, and its successive creative directors, who were inspired by gold, all make their appearances.

With China and France marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, Dior has collaborated with 14 Chinese artists to create an extraordinary event at the exhibition, expressing the longstanding and genuine friendship between Dior and China. Artists including Liu Jianhua, Chen Ke, Liu Fujie, Bao Yang and Liu Wa are presenting works and sharing their understanding of gold but also their creative experiences with the exhibited works and the convergence of art between China and France.
