The Chinese New Year Concert 2026 was held at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia, on Feb 21. The concert featured a dynamic, cross‑genre programme of vocal and instrumental performances, as well as xiangsheng — a traditional Chinese comedic dialogue art form. Several artists have gained wide recognition for their performances on China's annual Spring Festival Gala, one of the nation's most popular and widely viewed television programs.
