A recent symposium at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing illuminated the diverse explorations of creativity by women active in artist circles. The event was held during the CAFA exhibition, Shape of Myself, featuring members of the China Women Artists Association.

The exhibition and the forum explored not only the distinct perspectives and working methods of women, but also how their work continuously contributes to the diversity of the art landscape and addresses social concerns.

Shape of Myself, running at the CAFA Art Museum from March 6-16, displays the recent works of middle-aged and younger-generation artists who have been widely exhibited.
