Multiple local brands also debuted distinctive Chinese-style collections during the fashion week. Designer brand Hemu unveiled its 2026AW Chu Ge collection last Thursday, integrating Chu culture patterns and lacquer art into their design after nearly two years of field research in Hubei province, with live drum and pipa performances to offer an immersive Chinese-style experience.
