Launched earlier this year without disrupting regular operations, the program has held three successful sessions. The museum optimizes services based on visitor feedback and plans to host monthly overnight events, with more sessions scheduled in summer vacation to meet rising family demand.

The museum has adjusted its weekly closing day from Monday to Tuesday to facilitate staggered visits. It also keeps launching age-specific popular science activities to enrich its study and tourism offerings for young learners.

"Science venues will continue to develop new urban micro-vacation models integrating technology, knowledge and leisure, and advance the integrated development of culture, tourism, business, sports and exhibitions to offer diverse innovative experiences for the public," said Ni Minjing, curator of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
