Omonov Abbos, head of the Coordination Office for Poverty Alleviation Projects in Uzbekistan, said the technology could have practical applications in his country.

"These measures are helping improve productivity and efficiency in agriculture," he said, highlighting compact robotic equipment used in orchard management.

"Large vehicles can easily damage trees when moving between rows, but these smaller robotic machines can operate without causing harm," he said, adding that such agricultural robots could be very useful in his country.

The final stop brought delegates to Nanshan village, where local authorities have promoted the integration of culture, tourism and rural vitalization.

The village is home to 70 themed homestays, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, farmers' markets and family recreation facilities.

Cultural events ranging from concerts and graffiti festivals to traditional studies classes and wellness programs have helped transform the village into a popular tourist destination.
