Cooking competition in Chongqing identifies top tastebud ticklers

Currently, there are 201 certified Kaizhou Golden Chef restaurants and 167 branded outlets nationwide. This year, 80 new authorized restaurants and 64 branded outlets have been added.

Kaizhou district was recognized in 2024 as a center of Chinese culinary art and has earned a reputation as a cradle for nurturing cooking talent. The district has 24,000 food-related businesses, providing stable employment for 250,000 professionals.
