Explosion near cafe in central Moscow kills 3, injures 15

MOSCOW -- An explosion on Kudrinskaya Square in central Moscow killed three people and injured 15 others on Saturday, the Moscow police department was quoted by TASS as saying.
According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred near a summer cafe at around 8:10 pm local time (1710 GMT) today, the department's press service said.
Emergency services and law enforcement agencies have been dispatched to the site, and an investigation is underway.
