Last week, staff from the Wanzhou sub-branch of the power company performed their sixth round of safety checks since the start of summer. They inspected distribution boxes, line connections and electrical equipment in visitor areas to ensure safety and reliability.
Luo Ming, deputy director of Liangping's economic and information commission, said that many camping sites are located in forested areas where power infrastructure has been weak. The Wanzhou sub-branch addressed this by installing poles and upgrading the power grid, effectively resolving many electrical issues. Teams also worked with local towns and business operators to implement tailored power supply solutions, completing power line renovations and erecting more than 30 poles to support essential facilities, including showers, public restrooms and charging stations.
