Zhang Jie releases Game Changer featuring international musicians

Chinese singer and songwriter Zhang Jie has released Game Changer, the first song from his new partnership with Universal Music Group and the theme song of his upgraded tour.

Zhang wrote, composed and produced the song, working with international musicians including veteran producer Bobby Colomby, a founding member of the jazz-rock band Blood, Sweat & Tears, who also worked with Michael Jackson, and rising musician Jesus Molina.

The song was unveiled live on Sept 11 as Zhang opened the latest leg of his tour in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. It was released on Chinese digital music platforms at midnight on Sept 12 and is scheduled for a global release on Sept 17.
