Georgian scholar calls for peace and dialogue to settle conflicts

There is no other way but to settle conflicts through peace and dialogue, David Kapanadze, Senior Fellow at the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center, said during the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum on September 15.

According to Kapanadze, the forum provides an additional channel for strategic dialogue and confidence building, which is in line with the principles of the Global Security Initiative.
