Mainland reports 62 new A(H1N1) influenza cases

BEIJING: Chinese mainland reported 62 new comfirmed A(H1N1) influenza human cases from July 31 to August 3, adding the total infection cases to 2,152, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Monday.

Among the new cases, 29 were from outside the Chinese mainland and the rest were infected within the mainland, the MOH said.

Of the total 2,152 cases, 1,988 had recovered with no deaths or serious cases reported.
