A helicopter crashed near Baozu town, Anji county of East China’s Zhejiang province at about 7:10 pm Thursday, China Central Television reported.
The pilot parachuted to safety and no casualties have been reported on the ground, multiple sources have confirmed.
Witnesses said they heard loud noise and saw the helicopter “explode”.
Police and firefighters are on the way to the scene.
