There are many opportunities throughout China that I would pursue and I am sure that the pollution levels in some regions are not a problem. Yes this does impact China’s attractiveness.

Do people really need to drive around in their own cars? We don't in Europe. Europeans have cars, yes, but most rely on public transport for their commutes.

As another 10 year expat in Beijing, I find this place not the same as it was 10 years ago. Lao Beijing is gone.
