The 11th China Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF), which opened, on Nov 30, in the city of Wuhan, Hubei province, has 55 Shanxi province ventures taking part, putting more than 180 products on display, with millet and vinegar goods making a big splash.

The theme of the four-day event is "Quality, green, technology", with five exhibit areas – a comprehensive one, a specialized one, an international one, a Hubei provincial zone, and distinctive displays -- containing thousands of products from more than 4000 enterprises.

This is a national-level trade fair with State Council backing that has been held 10 times.
