A ceremony celebrating the delivery of the 200th Airbus A320 aircraft, completed by Airbus's assembly line in North China's Tianjin city, was held in Airbus Group's industrial park in Tianjin on Dec 3. The aircraft was delivered to China Eastern Airlines.

The Assembly Line is a joint venture of Airbus Group, Tianjin Free Trade Zone, and the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), and is the third assembly line for Airbus A320s in the world besides the ones in Toulouse, France, and Hamburg, Germany. It is also Airbus Group's only assembly line outside Europe.
