Tianjin University of Finance and Economics held open events between Chinese and foreign students at the International Education School's café on April 24.
The events covered traditional Chinese opera makeup, decorating Chinese fans, Chinese paper cuts, and making Chinese knots. More than 80 foreign students from countries such as Russia, Italy, and Sweden and volunteering Chinese language tutors participated.
In order to enhance the cultural exchange between foreign and Chinese students and stimulate foreign students' interests in traditional Chinese culture, the International Education School has specially organized a group of Chinese language volunteers to give one-on-one Chinese language tutoring.
