The Hainan Airlines Aviation Club established by the Hainan Airlines Group and Hainan Airlines Tourism Group has been approved at the Tianjin Airport Economic Area by the Civil Aviation Administration North China Bureau.
The registered capital of the project reached 50 million yuan ($8.06 million). Utilizing the comprehensive advantages of the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone, the aviation club will launch a nationwide layout of training bases.
The trainings provided by the club cover private pilot license, aviation sports, aerobatic flight, and individual entertainment flights.
The business area will be further expanded upstream and downstream in the future. The aviation club aims to establish an industrial chain based on training while integrating different industries such as aircraft consulting, aircraft trusteeship, aircraft rental, and air sightseeing.
Civil Aviation Administrative CCAR-91 and CCAR-135 Bureau are reviewing the business registration applications of the project.
It is estimated that the project will be implemented by the end of the year and achieve annual revenue of 30 million yuan ($4.83 million) by 2018. The project is expected to become a new driver for the aviation service industry of the country and will play active role in completing the modern high-end aviation service business system.
