The Tianjin Zoo has brought in its first pair of rare species – white lions. Visitors have been able to visit the lions since yesterday.

The zoo already has three white tigers. The new pair of white lions was transferred from Hangzhou Safari Park and now lives with the nine existing regular lions in the zoo in Tianjin.

The zoo also brought in a male giraffe for the first time in six years. The new giraffe is in reproductive age and now living with four female giraffes to have more opportunities to breed.
