Customer satisfaction for express delivery services in north China’s port city of Tianjin ranks second nationwide, Tianjin Daily reported on Mar. 14, citing the Tianjin Municipal Postal Administration.
An independent third party evaluated China’s top ten express delivery brands - including EMS, Zhongtong Express, Shentong Express and SF Express - in 50 cities around the country.
Results show that the satisfaction for express delivery in Tianjin was 82.4, three points higher than the national average and ranking second nationwide after Shanghai.
In Tianjin, 596 samples were chosen randomly and the sample accuracy reached 95.99 percent. Seventeen indicators were used in the evaluation, from the efficiency of receiving and sending mails to delivery costs and after-sales complaints.
Satisfaction scores rose in China for the seventh consecutive year, with a national average of 74 point, a 0.3-point increase from the year before.
SF Express ranked top among China’s express delivery companies, with a comprehensive score of 89.9.
