On July 17, the sub-contest of the World Dance Games (WDG) -- organized by China Dancers Association in Tianjin -- was held in Tianjin.

More than 300 dancers from the Northern parts of China gathered in Tianjin to participate in the competition. The winner of the Tianjin sub-contest will be eligible to participate in the final competitions in Zhengzhou, Henan province and will compete for the Championship title with thousands of dancers from other countries.

The Street Dance Grade Examination Office of Tianjin was recently established and hip-hop has already become a label of fashion in China.
