Costa Cruises announced that its flag ship -- Costa Atlantica -- will set off for a 46-day sail around the Pacific Rim on November 30.
During the voyage, tourists will visit 13 destinations. Some of the islands cannot even be visited by traditional aircraft, like Pago Pago, Nukualofa, Nuomea, Moresby and Rabaul.
Sun Wen, Assistant Director of Sales of Costa Cruise, said the Costa Atlantica's super-long 46-day route will include both popular tourist islands like Saipan, Tahiti, and Fiji as well as islands that rarely see cruise ships, such as Papua New Guinea, Tonga, and Eastern Samoa.

Before the exciting super-long voyage starts, Costa Atlantica sail routes from Tianjin to South Korea and Japan. These lanes are regular, consistent voyayes from previous years and Tianjin has been the home port for this cruise ship for the last two years.

Some netizens shared stories about their journey on the Internet and expressed their happiness with the cruise.
A Sina Weibo user named BeiBei0602 wrote "the cruise is indeed a paradise for kids" and MissMiao, another user, posted "I feel like the whole ocean belongs to only me".
As more tourists show their interest in cruises and join the trend on their vacations, it promotes the development of the Tianjin cruise tourism industry and improves Tianjin's standing in China's tourism industry.
So far, Tianjin Port only accounts for 17.7 percent of China's cruise market.
Dai Ming, manager of the Tianjin International Cruise Port's Operation Department, said according to bold economic predictions, the Tianjin Cruise Port's contribution to China's GDP could reach 7.96 billion to 12.78 billion yuan ($1.19 billion to $1.91 billion) by 2020.
