The 19th China Ice Cream Frozen Food Industry Exhibition was held at the Meijiang Conference Center in Tianjin from Oct 13 to 15, with renowned ice cream manufacturers from dozens of countries including Germany, Italy and Switzerland in attendance.

The exhibition area covers about 35,000 square meters, with nearly 1,400 booths. The products on display contained auxiliary material and packaging for ice cream, devices used to make it and equipment for cold-chain transportation.

During the event, a series of activities, including the Third Gelato Championship, a themed exchange seminar and a gallery of internationally innovative ice cream manufacturing techniques, were also organized.

The exhibition was sponsored by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industries, the Tianjin Commission of Commerce and the Tianjin Business Federation.
