| The closing ceremony for the Training Program of Chinese Culture for AU Junior Officials, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, was held at the Tianjin University of Technology and Education on Oct 26. Fifteen young officials from eight countries in the African Union including Nigeria, Ethiopia, Algeria, Tunisia, and the Central African Republic had joined in the training program which lasted for 15 days.
