More than 400 representatives of nationwide entrepreneurial ventures attended a sub forum at Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, a section of the Fifth China Private Enterprises Fair for Investment and Trade that opened on Nov 8.
Shan Zefeng, director of the management department of Eco-City, briefly introduced Eco-City and described its blueprint.
Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City will continue to mature into an environmentally-friendly and resource-efficient community that contributes to a better society.

Li Changsheng, vice chairman of the Tianjin Committee of the CPPCC and president of the Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City has become a model in coordinated development between humanity, society and economic advancement.
He also emphasized that it is the efforts of the Tianjin municipal government that make Tianjin an investment hot spot for private enterprises.
The Fifth China Private Enterprises Fair for Investment and Trade is aimed at promoting communication between private entrepreneurs across the country and gaining more cooperation from private enterprises in terms of production, education and research so as to boost China's private sector.
Participants held two discussions under the themes "The 19th National Congress of the CPC and opportunities it brings to private enterprises" and "Share industry achievements and build enterprises with happiness".
Enterprises shared their views on opportunities and ways to encourage innovation and development.
A platform called the Enterprises Association for Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was founded during the fair.
It will focus on providing information and resources for private enterprises in the region to deepen cooperation between them.
