The countdown clock opposite the China National Museum shows there are exactly 366 days and 20 hours to the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony. 2008 is a leap year.

There are four countdown clocks in Beijing, with the other three located near the Beijing Capital International Airport and the main Olympic venue.
