The countdown clock opposite the China National Museum shows there are exactly 366 days and 20 hours to the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony. 2008 is a leap year.

Numbers Games

The countdown clock started 1,417 days, two hours before the opening.

There are four countdown clocks in Beijing, with the other three located near the Beijing Capital International Airport and the main Olympic venue.

At 8:00 pm tonight, it will be 365 days, or,

8,760 hours, or,

525,600 minutes, or

315,360,00 seconds to the grand opening ceremony.

There are more than 300 bars throughout the city, mostly spread around bar districts in Houhai, Sanlitun and Gongtibeilu. Some of them are open round the clock.
