At the 2013 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in Bali, Indonesia, President Xi Jinping's speech focused on trade and the importance of trade being cooperative and inclusive in the Asia-Pacific region. China seems to be the leader of genuine win-win free trade and does not attach political strings to its economic relations.
