Should campus loans be curbed?

As long as parents are responsible or their child the child should not be allowed to compromise his own future by dealing with potentially dangerous businesses. The businesses themselves should be held accountable if they ignore such laws. Say, a child connives with a loanshark in circumventing the law I ust outlined: the business should be punished, the parents notified. The business can be forced out of existence, its owner ailed for 2 years. Parents may have to pay a fine for not supervising their child appropriately; that would make sure the parents would rigorously watch what's going on.
