Legless Little Apple dancer ready to fly
Xiaofeng, the boy with no legs who danced to Little Apple and proved a viral hit has wished for "a pair of wings" ever since the car accident that led to his amputations two years ago.
In order to fulfill this wish, a Chinese airline has made the four-year-old boy a "little pilot" on Wednesday, giving the boy a special tour of a plane and its cockpit with his parents at Tianhe airport in Wuhan, Hubei province.
China Eastern Airlines promised free tickets to the boy and his family when they finished medical treatment in Wuhan for their trip home to Enshi. It will be Xiaofeng's first experience flying.
A video showing Xiaofeng dancing to the Little Apple song on a hospital bed went viral since it was uploaded on Feb 2. The boy's cheerful spirit has impressed everyone who has ever met him or read his story.
