0TRIPOLI, Libyan - Two explosions hit the Libyan capital of Tripoli early Sunday, killing at least two people and wounding several others, a Libyan security official said.
The first blast occurred outside a police academy and the second near the Interior Ministry, he said on condition of anonymity.
