Improving secondary vocational schools is the right way to remove stigma of vocational schools! There are so many good jobs that require vocational training and knowledge. The salaries for vocational jobs should increase to get the best people in these areas. In Western countries, plumbers & mechanics are paid much better than office workers or sales jobs. People should be paid what they are worth. The important thing is to improve vocational schools!
