China's urban unemployment rate falls to 5.1% in May

China's surveyed urban unemployment rate edged down to 5.1 percent in May from 5.2 percent in April, official data showed on Tuesday.
The average surveyed urban unemployment rate for the January to May period stood at 5.2 percent, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
In 31 major cities, the surveyed urban unemployment rate stood at 5.1 percent in May, down 0.1 percentage point from the previous month.
Enterprise employees nationwide worked an average of 48.2 hours per week in May, the NBS said.
