A giant panda-themed cultural exchange program featuring events in China, Germany, and Malaysia brought together government representatives, scholars, artists, and cultural professionals to discuss technology, community development, ecology, and cultural exchange.

The program, held from April to June, included four themed events in Chengdu, Bonn, and Kuala Lumpur. The initiative used the giant panda as a cultural symbol to promote people-to-people exchanges and dialogue across different sectors.

The first event, "Pandas and Technology: Innovation and Co-governance", was held in Chengdu on April 15. It featured exhibitions of intangible cultural heritage, AI-powered interactive experiences, and forums on digital technologies and cultural innovation. Three documentaries exploring civilizational dialogue were also screened.

A second Chengdu event on June 8 focused on community development. Overseas influencers, international students, and scholars visited local neighborhoods to learn about community governance and traditional crafts, including panda embroidery and hemp weaving.

The international leg of the program began in Bonn, Germany, on June 20 with an event themed "Pandas and Ecology: A Community of Life". Participants discussed sustainable development, biodiversity conservation, and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage. Cultural performances were also held as part of the program.

The final event took place at the Malaysia Tourism Centre in Kuala Lumpur on June 29 under the theme "Pandas and Civilization: Beauty in Harmony". Chinese and Malaysian performers presented traditional music, dance, and costume displays, while speakers discussed cultural cooperation, tourism, and youth exchanges between the two countries.
