The French modern dance troupe Compagnie Derniere Minute will reproduce the breathtaking 1982 World Cup semifinal between France and Germany, using dancers' body language.
The dance troupe will stage the performance in Guangdong's provincial capital Guangzhou on April 13 and 14.
The French team took a 3-1 lead against the Germans in overtime, but Germany staged a miracle by scoring two goals at the last minute to draw and then beat the French in the penalty shootout.
With the help of lighting, dancers will convey the footballers' emotional ups and downs to the audience.
