Xifeng county, Guiyang, Guizhou province plans to enlarge and strengthen its real economy by building a core supporting area for medium and high-end manufacturing.
By taking advantage of its natural and cultural resources, Xifeng county will strive to build a "healthy consumer brand distribution center", "summer health brand distribution center" and "red cultural tourism destination" in order to attract more consumers.
To enhance its industrial competitiveness, the county also plans to build a green circular economic demonstration zone for its phosphorus coal chemical industry, a medical and pharmaceutical industry cluster, and a deep processing demonstration zone for agricultural products.
It will also speed up the transformation of its industrial structure and create a number of medium and high-end manufacturing brands with a focus on consumer goods, new building materials and equipment manufacturing, etc..
The county strives to achieve a manufacturing output value of 100 billion yuan ($14.76 billion) by 2035.
