The boy was born on fifth of May in Australia. In the first three years of his life, he didn't see his mother very often. She was psychologically unstable and ill adjusted to the new country. His mother and her husband were immigrants from Europe.
The husband decided in the old country there would be more support for him and his family since he belonged to a large family. So the three of them moved to the husband and mother's old country.
Half a year after arriving there, the mother died. Now the husband was sole parent.
Many years later, the boy born in Australia had married and had a child of his own, he wondered why he saw no features in common with his father. They had a talk. The father told him that the boy's real father was another man who had been the boy's mother's part-time boyfriend in Australia.
The boy thought: What a swell man he is! He isn't my father but he has treated me as his son since I was born and he never accused me of being the child of someone else.

I’ve lived in China for quite a considerable time including my graduate school years, travelled and worked in a few cities and still choose my destination taking into consideration the density of smog or PM2.5 particulate matter in the region.
