2015 'Yi Hai Liu Jin' activities in Shaanxi

During July 27 and August 2, 2015, a series of activities were held in Shaanxi province to enhance cultural ties between the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, including visiting cultural institutions, forum and people-to-people communication. Titled “2015 Yi Hai Liu Jin - Root-Seeking Tour Along Silk Road,” the event attracted more than 100 officials and experts from the three sides.

Based on the purposes of perceiving national customs and charms of Qin Dynasty (221-207 BC), experiencing culture along silk road, extending communication and cooperation and strengthening friendship, the activities have fully displayed the profound histories, nature and human resources as well as unique cultures of different regions along the Silk Road.

Sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, "Yi Hai Liu Jin" series of cultural activities between mainland and Hong Kong and Macao aimed for Hong Kong and Macao's cultural community to understand Chinese culture and national conditions, setting up a platform for the cultural communication and facilitating integration of resources so as to promote Chinese culture's international influence and competitive capacities as a whole.
