10 highlights from the Shanghai FTZ new area plan

Editor's notes: China's State Council issued an overall plan for the new Lingang area of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone on Tuesday, saying it will support the new area in promoting investment and trade liberalization and facilitation, including the free flow of investment, trade, capital, transportation and employment. In addition, the new area will further simplify the cross-border RMB business process for high-quality enterprises and explore the free flow and exchange of capital.
