A scandal last year involving a Chinese boy who carved his name on a stone sculpture at an ancient temple in Egypt stirred heated debate online regarding how people behave when they travel. On May 28, 2013 the National Tourism Administration issued a set of detailed regulations calling on tourists to take note of their behavior and act civilized when traveling. So what are the dos and don'ts when we travel? Is our travel behavior a moral issue or cultural difference?
